The Rainbow Kestrel

The Story

Bathed in the last light of day, a kestrel glides through the sky as a rainbow fades behind it, a moment of perfect alignment between wild instinct and fleeting colour. The storm had passed, the air still glowing, and the bird moved effortlessly through a canvas painted by light and pure chance.

This photograph captures an encounter that lasted only seconds, yet speaks of resilience, freedom, and the quiet magic that appears when sun and rain briefly agree.

The Print

The final print will come with a white border on the top, left and right, with a white border on the bottom for signing. This also makes it easier when your framer is mounting - this print does not come with a mount or frame.

You will receive the print in either a black presentation box or tube depending on the size and journey they undertake as part of the shipping process - it’s my priority to prevent any damage in transit.

Paper: Fotospeed NST Bright White 315 Signature Paper

Natural Soft Textured Bright White 315 is 100% cotton, fine art paper with a very gentle texture.  The paper’s bright white base and gentle texture lends itself towards landscape and portrait subjects and delivers a high D-MAX and wide colour gamut.  The paper is approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild and when used in conjunction with pigment inks will ensure a print life of more than 85 years.

All of my pictures are printed to order and packed by myself. In some cases, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
